These conditions have been designed to guarantee your satisfaction as a customer and to comply with the legal regulations in force, including the consumer laws in force in Spain.
By accessing our services, you automatically accept all the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Warning for minors
To use the services available on this platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your province, territory or country. Persons under the age of 18 (or under the age of majority applicable in the region) may use the service under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians through the account of such responsible parties, who will accept and assume these Terms of Service on their behalf.

Object of the contract:
This contract regulates the provision of tourist tour services provided by Laura Alonso Beloso (NIF: 71894494J), hereinafter referred to as “THE PROVIDER”, to the contracting client, hereinafter referred to as “THE USER”.
Character of the service
This agreement constitutes a tourist tour service around the town of Corralejo, Fuerteventura:
- Non-exclusive tour where you will share the experience with other clients at the same time.
- Tasting of different typical products of Canarian gastronomy, such as cheese, tomatoes, olive oil and sea salt, among others.
- The tour will be conducted in the language specified in the booking (Spanish, English or French).
Contractual Acceptance
The reservation of the service implies express acceptance:
- The policy of use and coexistence during the tour.
- Of these general conditions.
- The guide in charge of the tour will be available at all times.
Rules of coexistence
Any activity that is illegal or contrary to current regulations is prohibited.
The Client is responsible for his or her own wellbeing while on public roads, and must at all times respect the laws applicable to pedestrians, such as crossing a pedestrian crossing, respecting traffic light signals or avoiding rashness when walking along steps or edges if there are any.
Participation in the tour is not permitted if the attendee’s will is compromised by substances such as alcohol or other drugs that may affect the well-being and enjoyment of other attendees.
Booking process
- Access our website: Visit our official website, where you will find all the information about our services, as well as the availability of the tour/s.
- Select the tour of your choice: Explore our available options and select the tour of your choice.
- Choose the date of the tour: Select the date you wish to take the tour. Our system will show you the availability in real time, allowing you to choose the date that suits you best. Please note that the dates shown are exclusive per language. So if you are viewing the information in Spanish, the dates you will see will be for the Spanish tour. The same applies to other languages such as English or French.
- Pay for the booking: Once you have selected the tour and the date, proceed to pay for the booking. You can use your credit card to complete the transaction securely and reliably through Banco Santander’s payment gateway and virtual POS.
- Booking confirmation: Once the transaction is completed, you will receive a booking confirmation email at the email address provided during the booking process. This email will include all the details of your booking, such as the date, time and location of the tour meeting point, as well as any additional relevant information.
Price and method of payment
The price of each tour is specified in the corresponding description and offers different prices depending on the age of the participants.
At CORRALEJOTOUREXPERIENCE.COM, we offer several payment options. You can make your payments by credit card.
Invoicing
In case an invoice is required, it will be sent by email to the address provided by the client during the booking or rental process of our spaces. Please be sure to provide a valid and up-to-date email address to ensure proper receipt of your invoice. In case of any special request or query related to invoicing, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Liability for damage or damage
The following provisions apply in the event of any damage or damage occurring during the tour:
Customer Liability: The customer is liable for any damage caused by their improper or negligent use of the facilities, restaurants, shops and street furniture encountered during the tour route. This includes any damage caused by reckless actions, carelessness or misuse of the facilities and furnishings.
In the event of damage, loss or additional costs incurred in connection with the tour, the customer undertakes to cover all associated costs.
Responsibility of CORRALEJOTOUREXPERIENCE.COM: As the service provider, Laura Alonso Beloso is responsible for ensuring as far as possible that the facilities and route established during the tour are in a suitable condition for use and that they meet the required safety standards. If the damage is the result of a defect in the facilities, public road or street furniture, then the responsibility lies with the company or entity responsible for such facilities, public roads or street furniture.
In any case, both parties should work together to resolve the situation in the most appropriate and fair manner possible, seeking an amicable agreement that satisfies the interests of both parties.
Cancellations, exchanges and refunds
Booking cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
In case of no-show: The customer will be charged the full amount of the booking.
If you wish to change the date of the tour, the customer must write at least 24 hours in advance to “info@corralejotourexperience.com”, indicating the desire to change the date of the tour and indicating another of the available dates, with at least 48 hours of margin between the initial date and the desired date for the change.
In other words, if the initial date of the tour was set for Monday at 10:30 am, the desired date for the change cannot be before Wednesday at 10:30 am.
This is in order to have a margin of time in which to manage possible changes.
If in the example above the customer wishes to change from Monday to Tuesday and wants to secure one or more of the available places in the booking calendar, he/she has the possibility of making the booking and paying for it with the new desired dates and requesting a refund of the previous purchase with the dates no longer desired. If the refund request has been made within 24 hours before the departure of the tour, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the booking he/she wishes to cancel.
Complaints Procedure
At corralejotourexperience.com we have established a clear and accessible procedure for the submission of complaints by our users. Below, we detail the process:
Initial Contact:
If a user has a claim or complaint, they are encouraged to contact our customer service team in the first instance. This contact can be made via our support email address or any other communication channel provided on our website.
When submitting a complaint, it is important that the user provides the following information:
- Details of the complaint.
- Order/reservation number or transaction ID.
- Contact details for a reply.
Once the complaint has been received, our team will send a confirmation of receipt to the user, detailing that the complaint has been received and is being reviewed.
Response time:
We undertake to provide a response to the complaint within ten (10) working days of receipt of the complaint.
Upon review of the complaint, a detailed response will be provided to the user, including the actions taken, if any, or the reasons for the resolution of the complaint. If additional time is required for investigation, the user will be notified with an estimate of the additional time required.
Dispute Resolution Body:
In the event that the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, we will inform the user of the existence and details of the dispute resolution body to which they can turn.
The European Commission has created the first European platform for dispute resolution in online commerce under the latest consumer law. In this respect, as the operator of an online sales platform, I have a duty to inform all customers about the existence of an online platform for alternative dispute resolution.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
Any dispute arising in connection with this contract shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, and shall be governed by the laws of Spain, to the exclusion of any other legal system.
By proceeding with the booking of any tour on corralejotourexperience.com, the client manifests his full agreement and acceptance of the conditions set out in this contract.
